Acceptable Use Policy

1) This account is available for use only by the registered user.

2) You may not share this account with anyone else. Sharing your password with any one else constitues a violation of this agreement.

3) You may not log in more than once at the same time.

4) You may not send any unsolicited communication of in any form ("SPAM") from this account.

5) You may not engage in any activities or actions that infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials without appropriate permission, using third party trademarks without appropriate permission or attribution, and using or distributing third party information protected as a trade secret information in violation of a duty of confidentiality.

6) You may not engage in any activities or actions that would violate the personal privacy rights of others, including, but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

7) You may not send, post or host harassing, abusive, libelous or obscene materials or assist in any similar activities related thereto;

8) You may not intentionally omit, delete, forge or misrepresent transmission information, including headers, return mailing and Internet protocol addresses.

9) You may not engage in any activities or actions intended to withhold or cloak you or your Users identity or contact information.

10) You may not use Envy connectivity services for any illegal purposes in violation of any applicable laws or regulations or in violation of the rules of any other service providers, web sites, chat rooms or the like.

11) You may not assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above. If you become aware of any Prohibited Activities, you will use best efforts to remedy such Prohibited Activities immediately, including, if necessary, limited or terminating your User's access to your online facilities.

Infractions

We may choose to deal with infractions in a number of ways including but not limited to: 1) a warning by email, 2) a general warning on internal posts, 3) Account suspension, 4) Account deletion.
