Services Offered:
Our reputation speaks for itself. We have always made available
our resources for the improvement of the MU* community. You can see
that in our public releases of MU*
code. In continuing with that philosophy, we also provide
services to the Internet community as a whole.
Antispam:
We have extensive and up to date antispam measures like system wide availability of SpamAssassin to combat spam for individual use. As well as other system wide antispam policies like blacklisting through www.mail-abuse.org, or www.spamhaus.org, etc.
Email/Web only accounts:
Sometimes all you need is another email address or want to put up a web page. We can provide you with one. Coupled with our AntiSpam policies, you will be sure to get the email you asked for.
Game Accounts:
With a Standard Game Account you get 20M RAM, 100M HD, and 5 shell accounts.
Rules are:
1. Only one compile process at any time.
2. Mud Combat spam is reduced on default.
3. Mud Brief and compact are on at default.
4. You must reboot your mud at least once a day.
5. You can have one test mud running while your production mud is running.
6. You may ftp to and from this account at any time.
We hope you will be happy with our service and help advertise us.
Extra Satellite Accounts:
Satellite accounts may not compile nor ftp. They are primarily used for accounting
and/or group permissions.
You may have more than your original number on request.
Each satalite account gets a 5M disk quota and has simple email capabilities.
Additional Disk Quota:
If you find 100M is not enough disk space for you, we offer additional quotas
in 5M increments for an additional cost.
Backup Services:
Every once in a while a file gets corrupted due to human error. We take care
of your backup needs on a temporary basis.
Each backup is done every other night. Only 3 copies are kept at any time.
Obviously files are not recoverable after 1 week.
Archival Services:
You may wish to archive your playerfiles or mud source files for a later date.
Special arragements may be made to archive your files for an additional charge.
Mailing Lists:
Listserv capability is not something everyone needs.
If you wish, we will provide 2 low traffic mailing lists for an additional charge.
